The employer and employee can agree that the employee is reachable in their free time, in the case that the need arises to execute unforeseeable and emergency work tasks.

If the employee agrees, this time is considered on-call time and compensated for by the employer with at least 1/10 of remuneration. If the employee is called in during the on-call time, it is treated as overtime and, depending on the agreement, compensated for either with free time or with higher remuneration.
