For protecting employees, Employment Contracts Act §10 sets limitations to the employer, on which conditions prolonging the fixed-term contract and its’ consecutive conclusion is allowed. In employment lease relationships, the consecutive conclusion or prolonging limitation of a fixed-term contract applies separately for each leasing company. If the employer concludes a fixed-term contract with the leased employee at the same user company more than twice, the employment contract becomes unlimited. If the leased employee works for different companies under several fixed-term contracts, the consecutive conclusion or prolonging limitation of a fixed-term contract applies separately for each leasing company.
